hardwood and pine.  Our waterfront provides open access to
the Pamlico Sound, the ICW and the Atlantic while
providing protected mooring at the ten slip marina (for
interior lot owners) or your private dock (for direct
waterfront owners).

We are conveniently located between New Bern, the
business and recreational hub of the area and the quaint
